Oahu is the third-largest of the Hawaiian Islands and is known for its beautiful beaches, historical landmarks, and diverse culture. The island is home to the state capital, Honolulu, as well as Pearl Harbor, the site of the Japanese attack in 1941.

Oahu is a volcanic island, with two mountains, the Koolau Mountains and the Waianae Mountains. The island is also home to several valleys, including the Pearl Harbor Valley and the Waimea Valley.

Oahu has a warm climate, with average temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to the mid-80s Fahrenheit. The hottest months are July and August when temperatures can reach the mid-90s. The coolest months are December and January when temperatures can drop into the low 70s.

It can get crowded during peak season, especially during the summer months and during major events. If you want to avoid the crowds, consider visiting during the shoulder seasons (spring and autumn).
