Flights

Flights are not included in most escorted tours unless stated. Optional return flights from the UK to the USA can be added when requesting a quote.

Premium Classes

Where flights are included, Premium Economy and Business Class fares offer enhanced comfort on selected airlines and routes. Options and pricing are confirmed at quotation stage.

Transfers

Airport and hotel transfers may not always be included. Please check each tour’s inclusions. Where not included, seat-in-coach or private transfers can be arranged on request.

Sightseeing

Included sightseeing is part of the escorted tour itinerary. Optional experiences listed can usually be arranged locally with your tour director and paid for in destination.

Breakfasts

Some tours include daily breakfast, while others include a limited number of complimentary breakfasts. Additional breakfast options may be available and can be confirmed when quoting.

Tipping

Tips are not included in the tour price. As a general guideline, tipping for guides and drivers is customary, while tips for meals marked as included are already covered.

Pre- / Post-Tour Nights

Discounted hotel rates may be available for pre- or post-tour stays before or after your tour. These can be added to your booking when requesting a quote.

ATOL Protection

Where international flights are included as part of a package holiday, your booking is fully ATOL-protected. This provides financial protection for your peace of mind.
