ESCORTED TOURS - EXTRAS

FLIGHTS

Flights are not included in most tours unless specified. Optional round-trip flights from the U.K. to the USA can be added starting at £395 per person.

TRANFERS

Airport-to-hotel and hotel-to-airport transfers may not always be included. Please check the tour’s inclusions and exclusions. If transfers are not included, you can request a quote for seat-in-coach or private transfer options.

SIGHTSEEING

Optional experiences listed in the itinerary can be arranged locally with your tour director.

BREAKFASTS

Some tours include daily breakfast, while others may offer a limited number of complimentary breakfasts, subject to change without notice. For select tours, a prepaid “Breakfast Plus” package is available. Please request a quote for details.

TIPPING

Tips are not included in the tour price. It is customary to tip approximately $6 per person per day for the guide and $5 per person per day for the driver. For meals marked as “included” in the tour, tips are already covered.

PRE/POST NIGHTS

Discounted rates are available for pre- or post-tour hotel stays.
